Today marks Mother’s Day in the United Kingdom, with flashback photos of royal babies and their mothers splashed across social media.
It was reported today that the Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her second Mother’s Day with Prince William and Prince George at a play center.
Twitter user Liv Preston posted that her aunt and uncle saw them at a play center, where the Cambridges made sand castles (H/T Kate & Pippa Style).
No way did my uncle and auntie bump into prince William, Kate and George in a play centre so my cousins ended up playing with George
Back in 2012, Kate Winslet told the Telegraph about her conversation with the Queen when she received her CBE for services to drama.
“After meeting the Queen, Winslet disclosed that she had congratulated her and asked her about her enjoyment of acting.
“I said yes I liked it but not as much as being a mother. She said, ‘it is the best job’.”
