During a private visit to homeless charity Centrepoint this morning, the Duke of Cambridge joked about his wife’s iconic hair.
While chatting with hairdresser trainee Angel, Prince William suggested she try styling Catherine’s “nightmare hair,” according to the Daily Mail.

Good sir, do you not know that your wife’s hair is a national treasure? True, she might spend all day at the Richard Ward salon in Chelsea, and may have formed an everlasting bond with stylist Amanda Cook Tucker, but be serious. Those to-die-for locks need tender love and care in order to look their very best.

William, who has been a patron of Centrepoint since 2005, had breakfast with volunteers and young people benefiting from the charity at the Soho location, where an emphasis was placed on nutrition and well-being.

After his visit, William drove Catherine, Prince George and their nanny, Maria Borrallo to Buckingham Palace for the Queen annual pre-Christmas luncheon. This event is put on for extended members of the royal family who won’t be at Sandringham over Christmas.

It’s hard to tell from the photos, but Catherine could be wearing the Katherine Hooker dress she wore to an EACH event in November.
