There’s a new book coming out later this summer about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but don’t expect anything juicy. It was written by royal journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand and, according to Deadline, it includes an interview the Sussexes gave before they left the U.K. earlier this year. The book, which promises to dispel rumors about the couple and reveal “unknown details about their life together,” reportedly has their blessing. [Read more…]
These photos may have been taken four years ago, but they will always reflect an Olympic spectator’s mood.
How do you feel? Are you nervous? Frustrated? Can you not stand to look?
Wonderful, there’s a photo for that.
Since the Duchess of Cambridge opted not to attend the 2016 Rio Summer Olympics (one cannot blame her, since Zika virus is a real threat), we instead must bookmark this page for a guide on how to feel when your favorite athlete is going for the gold.

Well done. You’ve cast a dark cloud of doom over the future King George VII. Is it really that difficult to stick to the registry?
We’ve all witnessed toddlers react poorly to gifts that displease them, whether it’s Christmas or their birthday.
Today, Prince George of Cambridge celebrates his third birthday, although this one is a far more toned-down affair than 2013, when the whole damn world invited itself to the party (present company included).
Even rulers have moments when all they want to do is kick back with a libation, turn on his or her favorite TV program, and space out.
So, Her Majesty can be forgiven for looking less than thrilled on occasion.
You try ruling through 60+ years of hot mess after hot mess and tell me those eyes don’t glaze over from time to time!

What a splendid treat it was to see His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge at RAF Fairford on Friday.
The Duchess of Cambridge (in a Stella McCartney blue dress and Smythe blazer) and Prince William surprised the crowds by bringing along the 2-year-old (who turns three on July 22nd).
Yes, there was a minor meltdown at the beginning, but things improved greatly once George was shown aircrafts. [Read more…]
It’s one of the most famous races in the world, and nothing was going to keep patrons from attending what is arguably the most British activity ever – Royal Ascot.
Also known as watching horses race while drinking champagne and wearing fancy hats.

In March 2012, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall undertook a Diamond Jubilee tour of Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
“It was me all along!” Camilla joked as she pointed actress Sofie Grabol’s prop gun.
“I’m an addict,” Camilla said of the show, according to the Daily Mail‘s Rebecca English. “I’m so excited by this.”
Series creator Soren Sveistrup was chuffed about his UK fan based.
“Royalty is not the kind of audience you would expect. Prince Charles told me that it was Camilla who introduced him to The Killing,” Sveistrup said.
“He said it was one of the only things they could agree on seeing together.”
Later that year, royal reporter Katie Nicholl revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were also fans of the series, bingeing on it “in a marathon session.”
It’s a well-known fact that Britain’s royal family would prefer the company of horses and dogs to humans, and several people close to the Queen have said that if she weren’t the sovereign, she’d be living a quiet life in the country.
In February, Prince William was accused of living like a “gentleman country farmer,” since he and the Duchess of Cambridge opt to spend a majority of their family life in Norfolk, 120 miles from London.
Today, His Royal Highness Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge issued an official statement in response to part two of Prince Harry’s interview with Good Morning America.
While speaking with journalist Robin Roberts, Harry admitted that he was looking forward to having children
“I can’t wait for the day. So, you know, it will be fantastic,” he told Roberts.
“I’ve got a kid inside of me. I want to keep that. I adore kids. I enjoy everything that they bring to the party. They just say what they think.”
For the time being, Harry enjoys being the “fun uncle” to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. [Read more…]
The moment I saw the OK! Magazine cover, I knew it was only a matter of time before my mother asked, “Is Kate pregnant?”
As others in my field know, being asked about Catherine and pregnancy occurs on a weekly basis.
My answer never changes: Unless it’s confirmed by Kensington Palace via social media, the Duchess of Cambridge is not expecting. [Read more…]
