On Saturday night, Pippa Middleton attended the annual Boodles Boxing Ball at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, raising funds for the Gordon Ramsay Foundation in association with Cancer Research UK. The ball raises funds for a different charity each time, drawing in the great and the good from London society to cheer on amateur boxers.
Middleton and her older sister, the Duchess of Cambridge, have appeared at the biennial charity event on and off since 2006, when Catherine made her first appearance in a clingy blue BCBG gown.
Since marrying Prince William in 2011, however, Catherine hasn’t been seen at the ball (found glass slipper, married prince, moved to palace…fairy tale checklist).
We first saw Pippa at the Boodles ball in 2011, accompanied by her then-boyfriend, Alex Loudon. The writer wore a plunging red Temperley dress that year.
Middleton (in Catherine Deane) attended the event again in 2013 with boyfriend Nico Jackson.
This year’s event saw Middleton in Jenny Packham, a designer favored by her older sister.
