I put together this gift guide after making my own Christmas list, realizing how many great items there are resembling the Duchess of Cambridge’s pieces. So, whether you’re buying for that Catherine-mad person in your life (family, take note) or want to buy yourself a little something special this holiday season, I do hope some of the below items strike your fancy.
Catherine made the flared overcoat very popular, having worn several versions of Alexander McQueen’s cut on different occasions, such as Trooping of the Colour in 2011, as well as a visit to St. Andrew’s Primary School in 2012, to name a few. HRH has also purchased styles by Diane von Furstenberg and Temperley London (see below), featuring details such as leather trim and unique buttons.
DVF at Remembrance Sunday in 2012 and 2011.
BELOW: The leather detail on the Via Spiga faux fur/faux leather “Kate” trench coat (how appropriate) comes in black. The double-breasted walker coat flares out, making you feel like you’re wearing a little bit of McQueen.
A collar-less coat similiar to Catherine’s outlet Missoni find, but the material is wool instead of tweed. Still, a wonderful wardrobe staple to have this winter.
This Ted Baker trench that Catherine wore in Charlottetown, Canada in 2011 and at Cheltenham in 2008 is most likely cotton, but the one below is made of wool and cashmere, flares out, and is on sale.

I’m kind of into this fitted blazer Catherine wore to Lady Rose Windsor’s wedding at the Queen’s Chapel in July 2008, back when she was “that pretty commoner girl who might (might) become queen one day.”
There! Don’t you look like a high street queen.
