It’s a well-known fact that Britain’s royal family would prefer the company of horses and dogs to humans, and several people close to the Queen have said that if she weren’t the sovereign, she’d be living a quiet life in the country.
In February, Prince William was accused of living like a “gentleman country farmer,” since he and the Duchess of Cambridge opt to spend a majority of their family life in Norfolk, 120 miles from London.
Prince Philip once famously said of his daughter, Princess Anne’s love for horses, “if it doesn’t fart or eat hay, then she isn’t interested.” [Read more…]

At least according to Life & Style.
For those of you who overspent on Rent The Runway and fashioned grandma’s costume jewelry into a passable tiara, I’m afraid I have some bad news.
Despite a report that he’s moving to America in order to “find his princess,” I’m afraid Prince Harry will remain a UK citizen.
The tabloid claimes that “Harry has a thing for blond[e] American women.”
While Harry may have a thing for blonds (see: Cressida Bonas, Chelsy Davy and Florence Brudenell-Bruce), it’s anyone’s guess if he’s into Yanks. [Read more…]
Today, His Royal Highness Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge issued an official statement in response to part two of Prince Harry’s interview with Good Morning America.
While speaking with journalist Robin Roberts, Harry admitted that he was looking forward to having children
“I can’t wait for the day. So, you know, it will be fantastic,” he told Roberts.
“I’ve got a kid inside of me. I want to keep that. I adore kids. I enjoy everything that they bring to the party. They just say what they think.”

Aside from the Duchess of Cambridge, no one has made a bigger impact on the royal family’s reputation than Prince Harry.
Captain Wales, as he was known in the armed forces, graduated from Sandhurst in 2006 and was deployed twice during his ten-year career to Afghanistan.
Since joining the army, Harry has been exposed to the casualties of war, and literally sat along side some who suffered life-altering injuries.
The exposure motivated Harry to bring awareness to his injured comrades. So, using his platform as a dashing royal bachelor, the prince joined forces with Walking With The Wounded, an organization that trains wounded vets for extreme treks. [Read more…]
Oh, Margot Robbie. Gurl, we have so much to discuss.
The Australian (who is clearly not a monarchist, if the video below proves anything) appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon March 1st to promote her new movie, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.
Fallon likes to per-interview his guests before the show in an effort to find something interesting to talk about on air.
It just so happened that Robbie had a very entertaining story about a certain royal. [Read more…]

Back in June 2013, Princes William and Harry joined Pippa Middleton, Cressida Bonas, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, and Chelsy Davy at the wedding of their good friend, Thomas van Straubenzee and Lady Melissa Percy (who wore a family tiara for the occasion, according to Order of Splendor).

The Duchess of Cambridge was unable to attend, since she was heavily pregnant with Prince George at the time. [Read more…]

Good God in Heaven, some little girl had a Cinderella moment with an actual prince and didn’t bat an eyelash.
Years from now, she’ll gather new friends in her freshman dorm room and trade cans of beer for tales from “Harry and My Wellie: (Almost) A Love Story.”
The Fug Girls found this friggin’ delightful video of Prince Harry in Lancashire, England, where he thanked soldiers for their efforts in aiding villagers affected by major flooding. [Read more…]

Last month, Prince Harry admitted that it might be time to settle down.
According to the Daily Mail, Harry was at a birthday party Anneke von Trotha Taylor, wife of close friend, Charlie Gilkes.
“I’m not dating and for the first time ever I want to find a wife,” Harry reportedly told TV presenter Denise van Outen.
This comes after Harry’s old pal and “wingman,” Tom Inskip proposed to his girlfriend of three years, Lara Hughes-Young.
What to do when the whole island nation is full of smug marrieds? You pop over to America for some sunshine, etc.
The Sun reports that Harry enjoyed a New Year’s romance with American Juliette Labelle during a mini-break in Los Angeles.
“The Prince enjoyed hanging out with Juliette. She’s very much his type and they hooked up,” a source told the paper of the Dior PR assistant. [Read more…]

Over the weekend, Australia’s New Idea dreamed up a relationship involving Prince Harry and his (very) distant cousin, 19-year-old Princess Maria-Olympia (who simply goes by “Olympia”) of Greece and Denmark.
It was once common practice for royal cousins to marry one another, whether to form alliances or because of love.
Queen Victoria married her first cousin, Prince Albert , while Elizabeth II and Prince Philip are third cousins.
The tabloid is quite certain that love hath blossomed for the new generation of royal blood.
