The Daily Mail had a whale of a time mocking Pippa Middleton‘s Waitrose Column on working out, where she doled out gems like “Working harder will increase your metabolic rate, not only during exercise but for a few hours after too,” and “Regular power walks at a moderate-to-high intensity will give you those wonderful endorphins – invaluable to staying positive and crunching calories.”
