Do you hear that whirring sound? That would be Carole Middleton spinning around her massive Bucklebury home in glee.
Why? Because her younger daughter will one day inherit a title, just like her older sister.
Not as grand, no, but still…Pippa Middleton’s fiance, James Matthews is a self-made man and is doing very well for himself, but his family also happens to enjoy great success the luxury hotel business.

James’ father, David, is Laird of Glen Affric, a 10,000-acre estate in Scotland that serves as a hotel, according to the Daily Express.
When James, 40, inherits the property, he will be Laird Glen Affric and Pippa, Lady Glen Affric.
It’s just a courtesy/ceremonial title, but one that Pippa is welcome to use anywhere in the Commonwealth.
However, odds are Pippa and James won’t use the title given how modest James appears to be (even though Carole is hard at work right now monogramming the title on to luggage, Christmas stockings and pillows).
Pippa confirmed her engagement to James on July 19th while leaving his $22 million Chelsea home.
The Daily Mail’s Richard Kay first broke the story on July 18th, the same night Pippa tried to hide her left hand at the British Heart Foundation’s summer party.
Designers have already started making predictions as to what kind of a gown Pippa will wear for her nuptials, while her Alexander McQueen bridesmaid gown (and the way it hugged her behind) has once again become a hot topic.
“It [the attention] was completely unexpected,” Pippa admitted to Matt Lauer in June 2014.
“You know, I think the plan was not really for it to be a significant dress. Really just to sort of blend in with the train.”
Pippa and James got back together last fall after dating in 2012, plan to marry in 2017.
The newly engaged socialite has been photographed wearing her 4-carat asscher cut engagement ring (the designer has not been revealed) since the announcement, beaming from ear-to-ear as she ran errands or went for a jog.
