She’s been a fan of the sport for years, so it comes as no surprise that the Duchess of Cambridge has already put a tennis racket in her son’s hands.
At Wimbledon today, Catherine spoke spoke with former British tennis player Greg Rusedski about getting Prince George involved in the game.
“She talked about George, her little boy, playing tennis,” Rusedski said, according to the Telegraph.
“He’s got a racket and he enjoys playing tennis, and obviously she plays with William, so they obviously enjoy the sport very much.”
Catherine reportedly complained that playing against Prince William is “frustrating,” since he’s left-handed (we lefties have an advantage on the court).

And wouldn’t you know? It looks like George is a lefty, too (King George VI was also a southpaw).

Catherine sat in the Royal Box with Sophie, Countess of Wessex to watch Serena Williams beat Russia’s Elena Vesnina in 48 minutes.
The Queen has reportedly decided to hand over the role of President of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club to Catherine. Its current president is Her Majesty’s cousin, the Duke of Kent.
The Daily Mail reports that the Queen will not give it to Catherine until 2017.
William took part in the Order of the Thistle service in Scotland today, of which he became a Knight in 2012.
Tomorrow, William and Catherine will visit the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire. George will likely use his tennis racket to ruin the flower beds.
