What Kate Middleton Might Actually Wear During Her NYC Trip
Over the last week, countless sites have speculated as to what the Duchess of Cambridge will wear when she and Prince William visit New York from December 7th-December 9th.
Given that Her Royal Highness is five months pregnant, I’m afraid we won’t see the waist-cinching outfits we’re used to. It’s also quite cold out, so prepare yourselves for a lot of (great-looking) coats.

What is Prince William’s Tie to Chatsworth House?
After graduating from St. Andrews University in 2005, Prince William undertook a series of work experiences throughout England, a country he will one day rule.
In addition to working in London’s financial district, it’s been revealed that William rolled up his sleeves alongside employees at the famed Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, a historical home that has appeared in countless television programs and movies, including Pride & Prejudice and The Duchess.
“He spent a week working around the estate and made sausage rolls and mince pies,” Christine Robinson, author of Chatsworth: The Housekeeper’s Tale, told the Daily Express. “Then he spent a week at the house, dressed in overalls, drinking tea and eating fish and chips with the rest of the housemen and joiners.” [Read more…]
Whatever Happens in Scotland, The Queen Always Has Balmoral
On September 18th, Scotland will vote either Yes or No on independence from Great Britain, though Reuters reports that citizens will likely retain Queen Elizabeth as their head of state (as many of the Commonwealth realms do).
“Scotland will be a constitutional monarchy for as long as the people of Scotland wish us to be so,” the Scottish National Government says.
